Serving those who have served us!

Our veterans have served their country with honor and distinction. The Military Service Technician Education Program is our way of serving the men and women of our military by providing the training they need to get a head start on a rewarding career as a BMW Technician. BMW, partnered with UTI, is the first premium luxury importer to offer on base automotive technical training!

BMW MSTEP is a 16-week technical training program providing students with outstanding workshop based, hands-on training. Upon graduation and transition, BMW will connect graduates with multiple authorized BMW centers to secure their first job as an automotive technician. Technicians are in high demand across the country and graduates are armed with an exclusive skill set to work on vehicles considered to be among the most advanced in the industry.

The BMW Military STEP program is open to those who are transitioning out of the military within 180 days of a class start date. Candidates of the program should have an MOS (military occupational specialty) or prior civilian career in automotive, wheel vehicle mechanics, technology or avionics and have the desire to become a BMW technician.

MSTEP is the ultimate training program for motivated transitioning military members. This program provides an opportunity for a great career after transitioning back to civilian life.

This program is offered at Camp Pendleton in California and Fort Bragg in North Carolina.
