BMW STEP is the most comprehensive BMW technician development program in North America. Our graduates are preferred by BMW dealers nationwide.

Funded by BMW of North America, LLC, the program chooses the finest talent from post-secondary automotive trade schools and colleges across the country. Since its inception in 1996, the program has produced over 7,500 STEP graduates, most of whom are still working at dealerships today.
