The BMW Shop Foreman manages the overall workshop technical environment including repair workflow and technician productivity to prioritize and fulfill customer needs. The foreman is also an expert vehicle technician who is able to coach and support other technicians as needed.
Service Advisor
BMW Service Advisors play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction through the life of a vehicle. They are relationship builders who make sure that all service visits run smoothly and that all customer concerns are addressed and rectified.
Service Manager
The BMW Service Manager oversees the financial, operational and customer satisfaction objectives of the workshop department such as controlling costs, maintaining good client and employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales objectives and maintaining service records.
