Subject: BMW Service Technician Education Programs (STEP) Provides Career Opportunties

• Do you love cars and automotive technology?
• Are you interested in an exciting automotive technician career opportunity?
• Are you passionate about BMW?

If you answer an enthusiastic “yes” to all of the above, then read on.

BMW offers a select number of top post-secondary graduates from Automotive Technical Schools or Automotive College programs a chance to apply for a great technician educational opportunity. Truly the best need only apply, because of our very high standards. If your are accepted to STEP, it is only the beginning. Let us now fast forward to the end of the program, as BMW STEP graduates are further screened and interviewed by BMW dealer managers for positions at their dealerships across the country. They select their best choice and may be offered a position as an advanced BMW Certified Diagnostic Technician. Here is where your career can begin, but again, it is up to you.

There is commitment and responsibilities for all that make the grade and are chosen for BMW STEP. As it has been said about many things in life, “nothing good, comes easy, it has to be earned.” This is a great opportunity for those that can meet BMW STEP requirements. It truly has to be earned and proven by the best grades, knowledge, personal performance, references and enthusiasm, all the way. In 1986, BMW first started STEP by looking for the best, and we continue it today.
